Wade Trim

The Wade Trim Project was finished in 2008. This project called for a complete new build of the space. The Engineering Firm Wade Trim is the main tenant with their headquarters occupying the entire 2nd floor. The ground level plays host to several downtown staples. The Flint Crepe Co is the most recent addition to this building and has been a popular destination. WNEM TV5 has their Flint location as the corner tenant, if your lucky you may be part of a taping or live feed. Garibella hair salon where downtown residents can go and get pampered. The Yoga Loft/Sharp fitness is a great space to get your sweat on or relax after a long day in the office or at school. And we are excited about the upcoming opening of a new downtown restaurant Table and Tap, look for the opening in early spring.
