Uptown Reinvestment Corporation partnered with the University of Michigan-Flint to develop the First Street Residence Hall. Home to all first-year university students, the First Street Residence Hall boasts four-student apartment-style suites, complete with kitchens, laundry facilities, wireless internet, and walkable distance to other amenities.
