The Riverfront Residence Hall of the University Michigan-Flint is a 340,000-square-foot student housing facility. This multimillion-dollar transformation of a former 16-story landmark hotel opened in 2009 and can now house up to 550 students. This project aimed to create a living-learning center to better foster academic opportunities in Flint.
