The Perry building was once home to the Perry Drugs store in downtown. After vacant for nearly a decade, URC developed the former 9,000 square foot pharmacy into a small commercial hub with six retail storefronts. The retail units provide viable options for the growing entrepreneurial community and small businesses that serve the needs of downtown residents, workers, and visitors to the area. A diversity of tenants occupy the building to contribute to a growing downtown landscape, including a local credit union, art gallery, professional services, and a popular restaurant.
