MarketPlace Apartments was the first mixed-use, mixed-income new construction of commercial and residential downtown residences in decades. The 80,000-square-foot apartment complex offers bike racks, BBQ/Picnic areas, a fitness center, in-unit washers and dryers, window coverings, and central air. The 92 apartments units also provide diverse ranges of price points, sizes, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
