Project Description
The Hilton Garden Flint is an 11-story hotel that was an adaptive reuse of the formerly Genesee County Savings Bank. The historic building, which sat vacant for decades, was the city’s second skyscraper when construction was completed in 1920. The building’s architecture boast some of the only Italian Renaissance Revival and Art Deco features in downtown. The hotel accommodates 101 guest rooms, five meetings rooms, conference space, an upscale groundfloor restaurant, and a rooftop lounge with expansive downtown views.
