The Genesys Downtown Flint Health Center was Uptown Reinvestment Corporation’s first development to bring a medical facility in downtown Flint to serve a growing student population and workforce. The three-story health center includes an urgent care center, a retail pharmacy, an internal medicine health care clinic, and a women’s health care clinic featuring obstetrics and gynecology care. This project culminated in adding 70 permanent jobs to downtown.
