Grand Traverse St. in a looming former manufacturing facility built over 100 years ago by Dort Motor Car Company, Uptown Reinvestment Corporation redeveloped this industrial site as the newest option for Flint’s makerspace community. Factory Two is the umbrella facility and entrepreneurial hub outside Flint’s downtown core. Factory Two provides tools, equipment, and training for small business owners, students, artists, emerging entrepreneurs, crafters, neighbors, retirees, and more.
