600 South Saginaw

The URC’s newest project in downtown Flint, 600 South Saginaw is an opportunity for new entrepreneurs to grow their dreams and open a storefront downtown.

This 9,000 suare foot building will be converted into 8 new storefronts. Each of the spaces with large windows and tall ceilings. We are currently seeking potential tenants to fill this building. Our goal is that our tenants will provide a diverse new offering to the downtowns current revitalization.
